I had a remaining payment for a couple years, went to look for my title and realized it wasn’t paid off, called, hit 0, got a human immediately and the loan paid off Within minutes. I’ve found if you are consistent with payments they are a very easy company to deal with

One star is too much. I would never do business here again. Warranty is laughable & always in their favor & l have to get the NC attorney General involved to get a refund on my policy cancellation. If any car dealer tries to sell you this policy run the other way. A+TOTAL RIPOFF!

It's my opinion TD auto finance is a terrible company. Their customer service training must be sub par. I have been getting the run around and different answers between different customer service representatives over the phone. I'm waiting on my payoff refund check due to overpayment from my insurance. Speaking with their customer service reps can sometimes be extremely frustrating. It seems not all their employees receive the same information during training. Some are very helpful and some are terrible, but as we know, everything in business starts at the top.
