      Absolutely brilliant. I left BofA after 12 years of banking with them because, simply put, they didn’t care. In the 2 years since, TD has been splendid to work with. The staff in the Paoli office is particularly patient, kind, and accommodating of any of my sometimes tedious needs. I am tremendously grateful to every single one of them; Judson, Kirsten, Chris, Reem, Cheryl, the whole bunch. Thank you for reminding me of what real customer service and banking relationships should be like. Thank you

      Terrible service, they knew the PPP was running out of funds yesterday and didn't tell me. I've been with them for over 20 years. Totally unprofessional. NERVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. It was this branch that wronged me.
