Absolute worst bank ever. I don't typically write reviews, I i feel so strongly about this that I felt compelled to share. TD bank claims to be supportive to local small businesses, but are the absolute worst ever. They just kick you when you are down. No communication. They charge to DEPOSIT cash. Terrible customer service. You get rude people on the phone after waiting an hour. They don't do what they say they will. One group within the bank doesn't communicate with the other. Stay with local banks. They may actually be in it with you versus just giving lip service like TD Bank. I strongly advise every business out there who uses TD bank to move their business immediately. They are not looking out for you or your local business.
