      I’ve had many great experiences with this branch, but my most recent encounter, which was yesterday 5/31/22 definitely tops it all. I went in with a list of questions seeking financial guidance and advice 5-6 minutes before closing. Mardonnie was BEYOND HELPFUL, and very present. She provided me with a lot gems by answering my questions thoroughly. She reassured me that I was asking all of the right questions, and what I was doing was very responsible. She was extremely knowledgeable. Mardonnie thank you for me being so pleasant despite me coming in right before closing, and not once was I rushed. Thank you!

      I really wish I could give a zero star for this branch. Worst customer service ever. The wait is extensively long for customer service. This branch has definitely given TD a bad name and it’s a big turn off from becoming a new customer or to even attract business.

      You're branch is the suckiest branch ever like your branch manager isn't doing the most to make sure your facility runs smooth when you guys close early. ANYBODY WHO USES THE ATM THERE BEWARE!. or go anywhere else... like forreal. Better to be safe than sorry. Go.to another.branch.
