      I went to this location today to get a 60 day statement of my account that I need for a home mortgage loan. They told me they couldn't narrow it down to a shorter timeframe than 3 months, and because of their software the only way I could get a 60 day (only) statement was if they used white out on a printed page. Explain to me how that would not look entirely unprofessional, not to mention sketchy as hell. I called customer service and they even stated there was no reason they shouldn't have been able to do my request. I ultimately went to another branch and had my 60 day statement printed with no issues.
