  After traveling up from the lower keys to deposit a check and open a beyond checking account. I got to the location on Saturday with less then 10 minutes to spare. The person in the office area was currently helping another customer opening an account. I was told I would not be able to have anyone help Since they were about to close. After explaining the situation of how far I had to travel to get there Mrs. Belmati Budhu was so extremely kind and very helpful. She walked me through the steps I needed to do to open my new account and she deposited the check for me. I have banked with TD Bank for over 25 years now, I love this bank for so many reasons. Currently we have no locations in the keys, but I heard you coming, and I am so happy to know that.

  I have had several problems with this bank, the box swallows the card when making deposits and several times the cashier does not even recognize the money that is put in, the last time the cashier swallowed the money that I put in and the next day the money was reflected in the account, NOT AT THE MOMENT, at this moment they are demanding that I have to pay $250 dollars that I PUT OF MY MONEY IN CASH IN MY ACCOUNT THROUGH THE ATM, well, what is this and the WORST thing is THE LACK OF RESPECT THAT I RECEIVE, THE MAAAAAL TREATMENT I RECEIVE FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY SAY I PRACTICALLY STOLE, I come to close my accounts with this bank because I get tired... Where I could put a NEGATIVE RE rating I would! I do not recommend this entity, DO NOT DO IT, you will have many headaches.
