      I had a check from my client that was made out from a TD Check and I went in to cash it they said there is a $10.00 fee for non members So basically in order to cash it with out fee is become a member That’s essentially blackmail wow will never do business with this bank and will be declining payments of any TD bank check or card. What a disgusting practice

      Overdraft fees have been illegal since 2010. This company still practices them and tries to create scenarios in which you do not have enough money based on inaccurate Ledger discrepancies. In other words, they make it easy for you to overdraft your account and there is no way to stop them.
