      So glad I forgot my ATM card and stopped into your 28 Maple Street office. I witnessed such wonderful Customer Service by your staff to a customer who needed a little more help, who left very satisfied with her visit... Carol and another employee, (sorry I missed her name), were wonderful taking such care that the customer's needs were met and fully explained.. Not that they are ever less than great to all, this required a little more than usual and they were up to it. PS. I have seen the other side of the treatment of special needs and witnessing things left me feeling so good about "my bank"..
