      The most convenient bank in the world wouldn’t even exchange my husband’s Scottish bills for dollars. They only had “pictures” of what English Pounds are supposed to look like and took no time or effort to look up what the Scottish equivalent would look like. This is discrimination. Scottish notes are just as valid as an English notes, they are the same thing. Very poor customer service.

      The ladies at this Branch are the only reason I have stayed with TD..they are wonderful, always leave with a smile, exceptional customer service..when I leave for the winter to my Florida residence I have to deal with the worst branches of TD I have ever seen...could go on & on about the bad experiences there but the only thing worth mentioning is that the women at this branch are the reason I haven’t left! It’s nice to see that there are still a few places that know what customer service actually is
