  I came in to swap out $1700 worth of $20 bills for 100’s. The line was long and I was last. There’s only two tellers working and they were both working hard! Sharon helped me and was super polite and helped me with ease. She took it a step further and asked me if I ever deposited a check through the atm so I wouldn’t have to wait in line like I did. Which I never have. With no hesitation she stepped out to assist me at the atm and walked me through it step by step. She was super instructive and patient with me through the whole process. She made my banking experience super easy and honestly made my day with her positive energy. She was amazing!

  Awful, whenever I go there they are so slow and tell you to wait in line for 10-15 mins. I am a small business owner, I went yo deposit some money in the branch. I told her that I’ll open the safe drops but she want to open it. She opened the drops and she came back and told me that its $1500 short. I asked her that I counted the money but she was not listening to me. I told her to return my money and my bags of safe drops or I’ll check the safe drop bags she dropped in the garbage. She didn’t agreed and she said I’ll do it. She checked the bags and she found she dropped 3 drops in garbage. She found $1500 in garbage. She was mad at me even though it was her fault. They need to learn some customer service.
