      Horrible customer service!!!! Account closed by branch but bill pay not stopped. Online banking refusing to stop sending checks on closed account. Branch will not help at all to solve problem they caused.

      Trying to call this bank , when they answer they put you on hold until you snap! I had an issue with them correcting my address after a visit to the bank the woman told me it takes 48 hrs to go in the system. 12 days later a lettercame with the wrong address it was never changed They have terrible phone manners. They need to be trained to be true customer service. If anyone knows corporate phone number feel free to let me know.
