      I had an issue with my TD Bank credit card that could not be solved with TD Card Services. Store Manager Steve Sikora addressed my issues and solved them with professionalism and caring. He is what customer service should be. Well done. Thank you, Steve.

      I have been using TD bank for a while. My card was frozen and warmed, yet again, over a simple purchase I made on my phone. I called three times to the Harleysville branch. First, I was hung up on by en employee who didn’t want to do her job. Second, another employee told me that there was no way to unlock my card and I would need a new one. The third time calling I received another employee who finally gave me the correct fraud service number to call and a case number. All this incompetence over a warmed card that shouldn’t even have been warmed in the first place! The employees of TD Harleysville are there to do the bare minimum of work.
