      Try to give benefit of the doubt but they are the worst td location. I have been here for years and it has never really improved or changed. 3 tellers giving me the runaway about printing my secured card that was approved on January 3rd! Finally called corporate and the alleged email that was supposed to be sent by all 3 of them was finally sent. Still waiting on the “ call back” only reason I go here is because it’s literally RIGHT DOWN the street from my house. They finally got rid of that one rude lady though she was entirely to much. Staff honestly just don’t be knowing what they doing and then be tryna get snappy lol excuse me.

      Poor customer service - waited a very long time just to open an account and when I enquired if anyone else was available, the manager was very rude and basically told me to wait. Definitely not a great experience and she should take lessons in customer service.
