      The people at this particular branch are really friendly but no one knows how to take responsibility for customer requests, especially a small business. Constant "pass the buck", back and forth phone calls with branches, managers, people, etc. Even when I send a request via the TD Secure portal, it takes 7+ days for a response of "please call your local branch"... Then they tell you to call the 1800 number to wait on hold for 15+ minutes. While waiting on hold, I figured this was the best time to leave this review.
