      This place is literally the worst. They always have one notary person Lawerence. Every time it’s over 40 min wait! This time I decided to time it. I wanted 42 mins and the notary itself took maybe 12 seconds!!! Not even a full minute. When I asked Lawerence he was so rude about it. If you only have one person who can notarize things then there should be a better system!

      I know finding good employees is hard but being nice is not a hard thing. I pulled up and mistakenly asked for a checking deposit withdrawal. Rather than saying did you want a withdrawal or deposit she replies with… “you make no sense there is no such thing!”. Oops 😬 I said both withdrawal and deposit and meant to say one not both , so yes I misspoke but the attitude and rude is unacceptable at any level. There is a reason TD bank is disappearing and this type of reply and customer service is the reason.
