      I came in to get a document notarized for the first time and was very glad at how easy and convenient the experience was. Thank you Eneida for your help! Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely made my experience with TD Bank so much more enjoyable.

      My husband and I went to TD bank over the weekend to switch over accounts. The CSR that helped us let us know that we can come in to pick up my debit card during the week. We went today around 3:45 pm and patiently waited in the waiting area. There was only one CSR working and he had a customer he was helping for quite a while. The manager approached us and asked what we needed help with - when we told her she pointed and said “oh he will help you when he is done which will be soon”. She didn’t even ask the other CSR how long he would be. We could obviously tell it was going to be a while. My husband and I were upset that she walked up to us, asked why we were there and simply decided not to help us, why ask in the first place? We ended up leaving without getting my debit card.
