      The manager at the Granville branch, Herberta Ritchie helped me with an online problem that I had to resolve in person. She solved my problem and then went the extra mile to explain to me why it happened. This last part really matters. It took extra work on her part but it made all the difference in the customer experience. On top of that she was pleasant and professional. You could not ask for better.
