I would like to personally thank Steve in customer-service and Jose the manager for their kindness. The bank manager Neal is extremely helpful, kind and so professional.       I understand now why the reviews are so low. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. If you can try avoiding this location a minimum simple transaction can turn into a headeche just because ther representatives have zero skills on management. The cashier Edson in specific needs some manner skills, costumer service 101 and even some respect and education for costumers.
