      Bad planning for this branch. Waited for over an hour to get my daughter's a new debit card. Stephanie, the teller needs to be trained in customer service. After telling her that my daughter had scoliosis surgery a week ago therefore can't sit around for too long; she said we ask for your # so if you want to go to lunch while you wait... Coz it's a long wait Ha? Only Anita is doing debit cards. Noone else has access. Why would TD bank not cross train? Why give access to only one person for this function? And Anita was in no hurry. I had to go back to the line to ask for status. Eric was courteous and explained what was going on. Finally they got to us and the process didn't take long.. Anita and Eric were personable and Eric opened the doors for us leaving.. But it shouldn't have taken this long...
