      Inquired about mortgage pre-approval. Sent documents for 2weeks. Was told it was “close”. Never heard from the Mortgage guy Joe again. Not on whether I was pre approved or not. NOT how much potential to be pre-aprroved. I emailed multiple times for an update. Gave serious sensitive info to them, and never heard from Joe (deals with the mortgage approvals) again. Went to different Bank. Within 3 days, got the preapproval, for what I asked for with TD.
