  I am editing this review because TD has proven themselves in consideration to my circumstances. I needed to close-out my TD CD account and have the funds transferred to my main TD checking account. Unfortunately, due to difficulty, I cannot travel to a TD branch in order to meet with a representative and perform the needed process. However, TD was able to resolve EVERYTHING. They emailed me to ensure we would not miss each other's calls, ensured to provide some details on the actions they will take on my behalf, and even went beyond and traveled to me in order to take care of requirements. This really pleases me. I've been a TD bank member for a very long time and I have always been happy with TD, and I certainly will not leave them. However, the pandemic (darn you COVID!!) has really made it difficult for everyone and I must admit I didn't take that into consideration when I initially wrote my concerns. This experience has taught me to be a little more patient because TD will definitely commit and take care of its customers. Melanie at TD (in Plantation) is a really busy person and I commend her for keeping her cool when dealing with my impatience. After all the dust settles my opinion is that TD is the best bank around! Thank you TD!

  This bank is absolutely horrible! They never answer their phone! The manager is extremely dismissive. It takes a very long time to speak with a banker! The window tellers are awesome, if the manager is not over their shoulders barking at the customers!!! I hate this bank I much rather drive the distance to another Td bank for proper service👎👎
