      My experience here was fantasist. After having crummy service at the location at Military and Linton, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to this location. Everyone was upbeat, helpful and went out of their way. I had to wait a little longer than usual but, that is to be expected with what the country is going through at the moment. They couldn't have been nicer and were happy to take care of my banking needs in a way that the branch on Linton couldn't be bothered with.

      I was “helped” by a man working here who was incredibly unhelpful and rude… I was there well before closing and all he was concerned with was the fact that they were closing… I went through everything online to set up an account and he clearly just did not want to help. He refused to speak louder as well, through the mask and the glass which made the whole experience even worse… I’ve never had such an experience at a bank before. Will be using another bank.
