      T D BANK Lobby is not open you need an appointment ! Hey people go to Fulton or REPUBLIC BANK THEY ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS EVEN THE LOBBY IS OPEN NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! TD BANK says it is to protect the public and the employees that is B.S. It's about them saving $$$
