      I'm calling the branch now and all they are doing is rolling over the call. Answering then transferring me to another line that only rings without saying anything. Poor customer service.

      Worst customers service . Rude and unprofessional service . Main entrance first left hand side 1st counter guy asking for small Business checking Account he doesn’t no what kind of Documents required… I went to Queens and I get Business account with In 15 minutes. With same Documents … Guys better go to Brooklyn or Queens.
