      I have had this bank ever since I moved here 27yrs ago. I find them helpful and nice every time I go there for banking. I just had sort of a scam online that I thought it was Amazon doing a survey and they had me pick a prize which I picked iPhone 11. They then wanted 19.95 and I gave them my debit card info and then they wanted me to pick a trip prize. I called the TD help told them I think that it was a scam. They said could go to my branch to get a new card and stop payment. I went there and Matt helped me. He flagged the charge for review after it cleared and then made me a new card. He helped me get an app on my phone and iPad for td bank. He called support and got me a username and temp password, which we changed right then. He was very helpful and got out of the scam without any money being charged. This is very convenient branch and gives very good service.

      Not very well staffed on weekends. The staff that works there are super friendly and nice. However, it is frustrating to have to wait and wait on line. There is often one customer with a huge problem which pulls one of the tellers away.
