      Horrible experience.. Teller had no money and needed to go to vault. Took my driver's license number and requested all types of information even though my withdrawal was under 10K. Any other bank would have taken 5 minutes. I had to wait 25 minutes. Closing this acct. Terrible service from the female teller today 1:00 9/2/21
