      This is my local bank, they are always personable, friendly, professional. This is where you should go for all your banking needs. They are the leaders in customer service. The best bank in Park Slope.

      Convenient banking?? It used to be better than other banks and more convenient by not lately. For example, this branch has a parking lot and for that convenience, I decided to drive to the bank but the lot is full (more cars than people working at the bank and the one customer there). The business next door (La Villa Pizzeria) has their delivery guy parked in TD banks lot as I saw him sitting in his car and after 20 minutes he went to get an order to deliver and went back to his car. Obviously people are using the lot and aren’t TD customers. As I waited 20 minutes for a spot, another customer came out of bank and complained about all the non customers using the spots and the bank doing nothing about it. My complaint to the teller and other employee seem to go nowhere as they didn’t seem to care. The security guard sat there doing nothing about the parking lot situation but rudely stared at me, close by, as I waited online and was talking about confidential information 🙄
