      I generally have a positive experience when I go in. The staff is friendly, and there's never a long wait during the afternoons. I do have to knock down one star because they don't do real estate notary, which makes no sense and is an inconvenience.

      What a shame to have a branch like this one, with people who is not able to help you, we get there around 1 pm to open an account an we was tell that we have to wait approximately 30 minutes because the person in charge of opening the account was "busy" on the phone, we wait about 15 minutes but then decide to go across the street to get some water, then I call from to make sure that the guy was available to help us opening the account, I was tell that we have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes more witch make 45 to 50 minutes. We decide to leave an come back later, we come back at 4:50 pm very happy wondering that we can finally open the account but the teller told us that it was too late and we have to come back an other day. Really!!!!! If you don't want to work is better you stay at home. What can of customer service you get on this place?
