      This branch of the TD Bank is one of the best. The staff is friendly and efficient. Taylor went out of her way to help a young teenager open her first bank accounts. She opened a checking account and a savings account for her. She explained every aspect of both accounts, and patiently answered all her questions. It was a pleasant visit for a young girl who was nervous about this new experience.

      Steer clear, the customer service at this location is awful. If Kinnedy is at the Teller counter, turn around and come back a different day. I deposited “cash” at the location near where I was working intoy business account. It was a larger amount. Left and on the way home spoke with my husband and needed to then make a wire transfer which landed me at the Lexington location. Kinnedy put a hold on the funds as it was a new small business checking account. It was a cash deposit into my business account. There is 0 reasons why I couldn’t have access to my money and transfer it to my personal account. I’m the owner of both accounts and literally deposited it a few hours earlier. Extremely frustrating and there shouldn’t be a problem since it was cash. Kinnedy is that employee with an “ill” attitude and when you walk in you get a negative feeling not the local friendly experience you get at the other locations.

      If I could give a negative review I would hate this bank they don’t call u to tell you what’s going on with your account they don’t do anything worst bank I’ve ever had ever
