      The branch here is very prejudice towards African American citizen... his behavior is a I hate dealing with black people. He is very obnoxious and I really dislike the fact he treats people of color like this and this is my 3rd encounter and at first and second time I didn't say anything but today I have had ENOUGH.... he needs to be replaced and place other people in charge who has better customer service care experience. The two other lady the red and light headed lady are super nice and respectful.... John was helpful and respectful. John for branch Manger
