      Big shout out to Tracy. Just wanted to say thank you for condescending to me the whole visit. I really appreciate that you made the new person and other employee handle all the transactions while you hung out at the window. When you finally came to "serve" me, it warmed my cockles how you talked down to me and did absolutely nothing to help. You are definitely a one star employee. Good job!!!

      Always short staffed. Slow and impersonal. One person working the window on Friday afternoons. Took over 30 MINUTES to get through two transactions. Have also showed up 2 minutes before closing and they have pulled the shade.
