      I recently opened a new account with this branch and have had an awesome experience. I initially came in just to open a new account and Drake helped me with several other banking options that are perfect for where I'm at in my life. I had such a great experience that I sent my fiance over to open an account as well. Can't express how grateful we are for the help and excellent customer service!

      I have had the worst experience with TD Bank. If you plan on financing anything through this company I would advice you to look elsewhere for financing. The customer service people are rude and unwilling to help resolve any issues. Beware of this Banking Institute when you are looking to finance and if a company uses them as a financial option just say NO!

      UPDATE: This branch is still terribly understaffed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This branch is terrible. I have had multiple issues with their staff in which I ended up having to go to the downtown greenvile branch to have fixed. Don't bother with them here as you will either told a wrong answer or not get what you're looking for. Very incompetent.
