      My partner deposited a check with me in person to our joint account. It has been a week and we still have not received our funds. We were told it would clear by the end of the weekend. Supposedly Valentine’s Day counts as a holiday in their book. We called again today and they gave us two specific times on when our money should arrive. The first time frame has already passed and still our funds are not available. The phone representative told us on the phone that since its our first check it would take longer to clear. I believed her but then my partner said he may have made a deposit in the form a check before. I no longer trust TD.

      TD used to be customer service focused, but at the Massapequa branch, that has apparently gone by the wayside. Rude and argumentative staff, the simplest requests seem beyond their abilities. With so much competition, no reason at all to remain with this bank. Hasta la Vista!
