      I'm usually generous with good reviews. But TD bank is awful. Their customer service is terrible. I would reccomend Wells Fargo a Mile down the road in Woodcliff Lake.

      So they put these signs up on the door randomly on a Monday morning. Three employees sitting in their chairs with no customers inside. The bank was NOT closed and you could enter the bank contrary to the sign. When I asked the manager why people are walking away and not coming in he said they are short staffed and the sign clearly indicates that for deposits and withdrawals they want customers to use the drive thru but that the lobby was open. He pointed to the mobile check in sign that has been on the glass since early 2020 as the indicator that the bank was open inside. I'm not sure if he printed the sign himself or even saw it- he actually argued with me and tells me the sign is not confusing and that people should know the lobby is open. He should be fired immediately. Either he is grossly incompetent and didn't even look at the sign I was referring to or he didn't care to work and further more he didn't want to hear me complain so he said "let's get you out of here as quickly as possible". Do NOT ever visit this branch. I have been banking with TD since it was Commerce Bank bank in 90's. How far they have fallen. Stay away.
