      Tellers are very rude called their corporate to file a complaint was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got a live person just to be hung up on? The customer service is horrible all the way around. I am urging my business associates to go elsewhere.

      Consider NorthWay bank or pretty much anywhere else - I’ve walked out of this place dissatisfied now several times. I only gave it stars because the lobby is open on Sunday.
