      My Debit Card was used fraudulently, and TD, disabled my card on Sunday the 3rd of July. The agent through the 800 number, stated that any TD, bank that is open, will process a replacement card. However that is no longer the process with TD, to get a replacement card the same day. I had the most amazing experience with the Agent (Juan), who told me that TD, has new guidelines to process a new card immediately. Juan die everything possible to make sure I received my replacement card. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and just a wonderful person all allowed around. I walked 4 miles in 100 degree, Florida sun, to get to the bank. I want to thank Juan, for his outstanding support. Thank you TD, for having exceptional representatives.
