I had an opportunity to visit TD Bank at Jackson Heights branch NY . Mr Bryan Cruz was the person who helped me to solve my problem. Mr Bryan is a very young ,energetic ,well dressed and highly professional gentleman. I really appreciate for his sincere attention to the client. He made me feel confident and peace in mind to work with him. This branch is a very busy branch even than the way Mr Bryan took care of me is really appreciate able. Honestly, the branch manager was not polite, he would talk over you and not let you speak at all. I’ve been in this bank for 7 years and I never thought such disrespect would come towards this brach and towards the customer. It’s disappointing! Gokhan Kacmaz, was such a great help he helped me through my process based on what happened in my situation, very understanding, he did his very best and I really really appreciate it. Thank You Gokhan Kacmaz!
