      I have always had great service from everyone at this branch. It is a smaller location so the in-person wait may be not up to others standards but that is with any FI. Always clean inside, they have treats for the kids (or adult kids like me), and an area for members to advertise their business cards. Plus, the music is nice so at least you can "jam while you stand".

      Can't ever just pay my loan over the phone. It's always an issue. Literally refusal to accept payments! Will NEVER do business with Tdecu AGAIN! If you're looking for a good credit union go to ufcu

      Small branch. Not enough employees. Glad they have a Spring location now, but they don't have the capacity to help more than one or two people at a time. I've been back multiple times and was told the wait to speak to a loan officer was over an hour. Wouldn't to this branch for major transactions.
