Not a great experience. Opened an account and transferred money in. My account was immediately locked with my funds, I was then denied access to my account (still can’t), and there is no update available for when/if I will be able to access my account or the funds they took from me. You’ve been warned.

0 Stars. Locked out of my account for the second time in 2 weeks shortly after reopening my account. Everything online including the app, website and phone call system is a POS. Verification code via email; disabled. The only other verification code system available is with a robo call which my phone blocks. Phone system inactive after 6pm. I have absolutely no way or chance to find out my available balance without going in-person to a location. However in location there are extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. They're willing to take the time to help (Update) Got a one-time code and got locked out 3 hours later. I cannot access my account via the app, only the webpage. And I'll need a new code via 5-10 minute phone call every time I log in. Therefore I cannot login after 6pm.
