  This teachers is pathetically ran, just went in there at 1pm with my son, branch closes at 2pm, I told the girl we wanted to move my sons 5k out of his youth savings to open up him a ne checking account, and the girl asks if we have all the appropriate ID, we say we do and she asks us to sit and wait, we say no problem, she then calls back to manager in back who is sitting without anyone with her, and she tells the girl to tell me that the two girls who can open up accounts are sitting with people and they close soon, so I respond, you close in an hour not soon, we don’t mind waiting even if it’s a 1/2 hour, she then calls back again n the manager tells her to take my number down that me n my son can’t wait in bank and if a spot opens shecwill call. That woman that runs that floor in the bank is a train wreck, she’s lazy, she’s rude, she needs to be fired, so after driving 30 minutes there, we have to find another branch before closing. We went to that branch because they do the atm cards on site n he was excited to get his card the same day. Ps I have multiple accounts here, a business one as well, and each of my 6 children also have teachers accounts. Your better served going to the center moriches branch with tish, she and her staff are amazing, stay clear from the pathetic staff at patchogue, they are lazy and rude.

  The most stupidest location for a bank. Absolutely no parking in front or back. People parking illegally everywhere so it’s almost impossible to navigate through the parking lot. No drive through teller for customers who can’t find parking.

  Hi Jocelyn, there are several parking lots within walking distance to our Patchogue location if you can't find a space in the immediate vicinity, which we hope will make access to the branch easier!
