      Whatever you do with TFCU, do NOT get their credit card. Their customer service is terrible. Twice I've dealt with fraud issues, and twice they've made me snail mail reports in before they'd act. ALL other banks have online reporting, but TFCU will insist that using USPS is "industry standard." When they insisted that I mail a report in the first time, about 7 years ago, I complained to corporate. Corporate contacted me to tell me they'd installed an online system. Well, if they did or didn't, that system isn't there now. At present, I am on a 33:00 hold trying to cancel my cars. Their customer service representatives are as unhelpful as you can imagine. I'd rather deal with the IRS.
