      Dear Natalie, Hi. I really would like to tell you how much I appreciate what you did to help me out of a jam the other day. Saturday February 12th 2022. I wasn't sure on how to set up a bill payer through the Macy's app. You had the patience and kindness to set up the app for me and showed me how to execute the payments on a monthly basis. Once we realized the TFCU payment was made through the checking acct your job was done,but you took the time to help me fix the entire issue. People like you are a rarity. Thank you so much.
