      Maureen has been in my life since I was young. She sold my parents my childhood home and has remained in our lives since. From sending holiday cards, to reaching out, saying hi if we bump into each other, and everything in between, Maureen is always a pleasure. When it came time for me to purchase my first home, I knew exactly who to contact. Maureen was super helpful with every step of the process, answering all of my endless questions, and went above and beyond as my realtor. When my Fiancé and I decided we wanted to buy a home together, she sold his town house, helped us buy our single family home, and helped me in the process of becoming a landlord and renting out my house. She even came to our housewarming party and brought us a gift. I can not recommend Maureen enough, will always come back to her!

      We had the honor of working with Maureen and her team this past year in the selling of our home. Within minutes of meeting Maureen we felt so at ease. Maureen took us under her wing and guided us throughout the whole process (the physical selling, legalities, and all the emotions that follow) of selling our home. She is extremely knowledgeable , and also just a wonderful person. We received several offers, all above asking price, and were under contract within two days of listing. In regards to the purchase of our new home, we didn’t have official representation which I highly don’t recommend. No matter the situation or relationship, always have representation; it saves the friendship/relationship/etc. between you and the buyer/seller…. not to mention it’s simply a wise decision. We quickly learned we were over our heads, and asked Maureen for help. I hated adding to her already full plate, but without skipping a beat- she said “of course.” She’s the person you NEED in your corner. Her record and reputation speaks for itself, plus she is a kind and thoughtful person. The selling/purchase of a home is such a stressful and emotionally charged event for everyone; make sure you have the best representation- thats Maureen.
