      David Sullivan and his team were best. I've been preapproved by a lender. After depositing earnest money, available amount of mortgage was decreased. It was a big trouble. I contacted other lenders, but their answer was same. The gap was so big that I had to give up to get new home. When I almost gave up, my realtor suggested talking with David Sullivan in MBA mortgage. Actually I didn't expect other answer from David because many lender's answers were same. But David's answer was different. He tried to find other ways and gathered all my data and information step by step. Finally I got approval of loan with best interest rate. I believe I was not able to get the mortgage without David and MBA mortgage. David was incredibly helpful. He also answered quickly and was incredibly patient and kind when fixing an issue with bank statement. Furthermore, their portal system to upload my private data was very safe and convenient. I hope someone who wants to get a good mortgage find David Sullivan in MBA mortgage.
