I had a wonderful experience with Team Mandi! They have helped me with four different loans and have been amazing each time. I actually talked to other lenders in the early stages thinking I might get a better rate, but quickly realized that Team Mandi was heads over heels better than everybody else. From the beginning they were willing to bend over backwards to support me through the process. They are always willing to answer every crazy question that I had quickly and in a way that I was able to understand. I worked with a number of staff through the process. Veronica is the absolute best, but the whole team pitched in and provided outstanding customer service. They were all incredibly friendly, responsive, and supportive.
