      Nikole Crawford is wonderful!!! She’s very warm, friendly, fast & efficient! I needed a Lien Release/ Termination statement. After a few minutes on the phone she had in my inbox within minutes! She never once made it seem like I was asking her for something unreasonable. Nikole needs to be training others on how to provide a great guest experience!

      I would give them a zero if I could... For the corporate office to list a location as a branch and then have no service except for mortgages service by appointment only... What genius thought this up in the corporate office... For those of us who live on the other side of the State... One office location and no services... Really...

      Charged for using a co op ATM more than 4 times in a month so I start using the teller banking at a shared branch and zi was charged more. Why should I have to pay to access my money? I never had a problem when it was Generations Family Federal Credit Union but ever since Team One has taken over i am charged bank fees quite regularly
