  Stefany was awesome to work with. She and her team were on top of everything during the whole process and helped answer any questions I had as a first time home buyer. I would definitely work with her again, everyone at Team One Home Loans made my first house purchase extremely easy. It was about as perfect as possible.

  I have Worked with Stefany for a long time and she catered to a lot of my friends for their mortgage needs. I have never come cross a better customer service. I have worked with quiet a lot of mortgage lenders and brokers so far and no one came close to the kind of experience Stefany and team has provided. If you are experiencing or experienced the following ever during your home purchase or refinancing the you are working with a bad lender/agent: 1) Repeated request for the same docs. 2) Asking for docs that make no sense even remotely. 3) Very vague and unclear asks. 4) Misreading already provided information and saying to DTI is bad despite the fact it is great. 5) Interest rate negotiation for points and commission which wort against your favor. 6) If your agent is opening you up to underwriter fury without stepping in to fill in on all the available details 7) Repeated requests for docs on an ongoing basis and repeated credit pulls. 8) Not closing on time. Stefany and team have never made me go through all this hell. I did experience two or more of the above issues with every other lender/broker I worked with. She has most definitely make mortgage shopping a pleasant experience. 5* all the way!!
