  I've been working with the Scholopy Team since we first purchased our ski chalet in old towne Park City, back in 2013. Marny and her husband were just awesome! With values sky-rocketing, we recently decided to sell our charming property and worked directly with Marny's daughter, Lana Harris and her assistant Mary Frances. They were absolutely delightful, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They got our place sold in just a couple weeks and as luck would have it even maneuvered a bidding war, boosting the price. Naturally timing is everything but as a licensed real estate agent myself, I have to say an agent's willingness to put in the extra time and effort goes a long way. Lana was available to me 24/7, literally answering my late night text messages and phone calls given I was out of state during the back and fourth offer/counter stages. I can't say enough positive about the whole Schlopy family team and their long term Park City residential real estate experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a Utah property!!!

  Perfect Listing and Sale of our 5 bedroom house in Dear Valley Solomere!!! I have known Marney and Kent for a number of years and they have helped me several times and very professionally. The listing photography and description produced showings the first day and several offers within a few days. Having a Team Schlopy member at each showing produced a contract within a week and a backup contract in another week. With the Team Schlopy specialists keeping things on track, we had a problem free closing within the month. Great Realtor!!
