This is the most unprofessional title company i have ever dealt with. Im an investor constantly purchasing and selling property and i had a closing with Team Title Insurance two months ago and they have not yet provided my closing documents. As a flipper its terrible doing business with them because now Im selling the property i purchased with them and they can't provide the Owner Title Policy to save me the fee. I called to ask for it they never answer the phone and when i finally got a hold of them after several times of calling, Susan Wunderlich answered very unprofessional asking me to not call or bother them any more that they had too much work and where very busy when they had never answer either my emails or voicemails. Nichole Dukas was the closing agent i had at the time i purchased and i tried reaching out to her and she was not able to send me at least a message letting me know that she could not assist me. They should have a better system if someone is out for any reason they should be able to have someone else follow up with their files. That can treat clients professionally.
