  My home bound and handicapped friend had money stolen out of her account. She's on a fixed income. The bank was absolutely no help and just kept telling her she had to come in. My friend arranged for me to pick up a copy of her bank statement. The teller inside said oh no we don't do that and told me that she couldn't help me. And kept saying that my handicap home bound friend needed to come in. This is someone who has been an account holder w this bank for over 40 years. I was absolutely disgusted with how they treated the situation. *** In reply to the banks respond. Do you know protocol? Because yes, they did end up giving me a copy of her statement after she called AGAIN. The teller was completely useless and dropped a "have a nice day!!!" Dripping with sarcasm as I was already halfway through the lobby. This was a few months ago. Do better with your disabled account holders.

  I want to start out and apologize for the miscommunication and any frustration. Our members are our first priority! I have talked to our Branch Manager and she was not familiar with this situation. However, you are correct, we would not be able to provide you with your friends personal information.
